What forms of payment are accepted?
Your Hi 5 proudly works with Stripe to ensure secure transactions and commission payouts. For more information about Stripe, please visit https://stripe.com.
How and when do vendors get paid?
Vendors receive their commissions instantly after payment is processed through Stripe*. Once a vendor account is created, sellers will be prompted to create a Stripe Express account. This dashboard provides the seller with detailed sales information, pending payout information, and balances.
*Please note that first time commission payouts may be subject to a 24-48 business hour hold.
How does Your Hi 5 handle buyer/seller disputes?
Disputes and refunds are to be handled by the seller and buyer. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, either the seller or buyer can initiate a request for mediation from Your Hi 5. For full details of the Returns & Refunds policy CLICK HERE.
