The privacy of our users is very important to Your Hi 5 (to be referred to as YH5 in this document henceforth) and we strive to make it a safe and welcoming environment for all.

Electronic Communications

YH5 will only contact you for user-initiated requests (i.e. password resets, support issues). We will never send emails requesting you click a link to resolve an issue with your account. If you have received a suspicious email please contact us at support@yourhi5.com.

Your Account

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. By using this site you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you feel your account has been breached, please reach out to us immediately at support@yourhi5.com.

Children Under Thirteen

YH5 does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://yourhi5.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

https://yourhi5.com may contain links to other websites. Outside sites are not covered under the YH5 terms of services or the refunds & returns and privacy policies. Clicking on any link that takes you from YH5 to a different site relieves YH5 from all responsibilities for the contents of any outside sites. YH5 is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by YH5 of the site or any association with its operators.

Certain services made available via https://yourhi5.com are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the https://yourhi5.com domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that YH5 may share such information and data with any third party with whom YH5 has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of https://yourhi5.com users and customers.

Intellectual Property & Stolen Goods

The selling or purchasing of any dangerous, combustible, or illegal items on YH5 is strictly prohibited and can result in your account being suspended or terminated. You may also be blocked from future use of the site.

If an item sold/being sold is proven to be either illegal or illegally obtained the proper authorities will be notified and your account will be immediately terminated and future access blocked. YH5 reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.

All content included as part of a listing, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof must be either property of YH5, its vendors, or be free of copyright restrictions (i.e. stock photos that are either free or licensed).

Harassment & Communications

You agree that when using a communication service (e.g. email, instant messaging) for the purpose of conducting business through YH5, you will not: defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others. This includes but is not limited to:

• Publish any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information
• Use hate speech or slurs based on a person or persons age, race, color, gender, sex, orientation, country of origin, marital status, or any other protected group
• Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters
• Falsify personal information that presents them as someone else
• Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular communication service; harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; violate any applicable laws or regulations.

YH5 has no obligation to monitor the communication services. However, if inappropriate communications have occurred please contact support@youhi5.com immediately and an investigation into the complaint will be initiated. If a user is found to have harassed another user or otherwise broken the privacy policy, action will be taken against the offender. First offenses will generally result in a warning or account suspension. Repeated or severe offenses will result in account termination.

Third Party Accounts

You will be able to connect your YH5 account to third party accounts. By connecting your YH5 account to your third party account, you acknowledge and agree that you are consenting to the continuous release of information about you to others (in accordance with your privacy settings on those third party sites). If you do not want information about you to be shared in this manner, do not use this feature.

Changes to Privacy Policy

YH5 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Privacy Policy. The most current version of the policy will supersede all previous versions. YH5 encourages you to periodically review the policy to stay informed of our updates.
